  • Wet variety shirataki noodles
  • Sauce and toppings of choice
  1. Heat a saucepan of water on high.
  2. Open bag of noodles, and dump in a strainer or colander.
  3. Rinse under cold water 1-2 minutes (this is to rinse off the fishy smell).
  4. Add to boiling water for 2 minutes.
  5. Strain water out of noodles.
  6. Serve with your favorite sauce and toppings.
