Lemon Angel Bars

Weight Watchers Info: 1 bar = 4 PointsPlus (cut into 16 bars) or 2 PointsPlus (cut into 32 bars).
Ingredients
  • 1 box Angel Food cake mix (I use whatever brand is on sale)
  • 1 can (15.75 oz) lemon pie filling (my grocery store carries Comstock)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Spray a 9×13″ baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. Combine cake mix and pie filling in a large bowl, and mix together well.
  4. Spread into greased cake pan and bake for 30 minutes, or until you can insert a toothpick to test and have it come out clean.
  5. Allow cake to cook completely.
  6. Use a butter knife to cut into desired number of bars.
  7. Serve bars in cupcake wrappers if you want to fancy it up.
Notes
Yield: 16 to 32 bars.
