We made Kim’s “Honey Chipotle Shrimp Tacos”!

Jeff and I made our friend Kim’s Honey Chipotle Shrimp Tacos for dinner Monday night. Wow!!!  These taste absolutely amazing.  And they are ridiculously easy!

Kim had been teasing us with this recipe for about a month before finally posting it on The Taste Place.  So, once she did post it, we knew we had to give it a go.  Jeff and I opted to save it for Monday Night Football.  The recipe is easy and quick enough for a weeknight meal, but that mighty fine spice kick warrants an exciting football game.

Kim already blogged the recipe, so we’re just going to showcase our photos.

  1. Woooooooow. You know how to make a girl’s mouth w-a-t-e-r. Great photos!

I’m personally on the fence about the cheese. I think it’s good with just the chipotle sauce and a little bit of cabbage or shredded lettuce.

  2. The cheese has a really good flavor, but I’m with you. I think the tacos are just as good (and less calories) without it. That sauce, and the shrimp provide plenty enough flavor to not miss the cheese.
