Jeff and I made our friend Kim’s Honey Chipotle Shrimp Tacos for dinner Monday night. Wow!!! These taste absolutely amazing. And they are ridiculously easy!
Kim had been teasing us with this recipe for about a month before finally posting it on The Taste Place. So, once she did post it, we knew we had to give it a go. Jeff and I opted to save it for Monday Night Football. The recipe is easy and quick enough for a weeknight meal, but that mighty fine spice kick warrants an exciting football game.
Kim already blogged the recipe, so we’re just going to showcase our photos.

Step 1a: Add chipotle chili powder, mayonnaise, sour cream and lime juice.

Step 1b: Mix these sauce ingredients together and then set aside.

Step 3a: Heat the butter, add garlic and jalapenos.

Step 3b: Add shrimp and honey, saute until cooked through.

Step 5a: Garnish with shredded cabbage and limes.

Step 3c: Shrimp should be slightly golden, no longer opaque.

Step 5b: Garnish with crumbled cotija cheese.
